Get your report open, readable and saved.

Open or download your report

Return to the report tab you opened after payment, or use Open my saved report in the same browser. Select Download PDF, then check your device's Downloads or Files folder. Keep your secure report link private.

The PDF is difficult to read

Download the file and open it in your device's PDF reader. You can zoom in or rotate your screen. If text is missing or the file will not open, contact us with your report ID.

My email has not arrived

If you requested email copies, check the spam and junk folders for each address. Copies are sent separately after payment confirmation. You can still download the PDF while email is delayed. If it remains missing, contact support before requesting another copy.

I paid but cannot access my report

Return to your report tab and select Try loading again. Do not pay again. If access remains unavailable, contact us with your report ID and payment time. See the refund policy for your options.

Our four complete example reports can be read online or downloaded as PDFs. They use fictional facts and are not assessments of your case.
