Your report

You provide case information, review a personalised preview, and choose whether to purchase the complete PDF. The price displayed at checkout is a one-off payment with no subscription. PDF download is included, with optional copies to up to two email addresses selected before generation.

Payment and access

The PDF is prepared before checkout is offered. Stripe processes your payment. Access is released after server confirmation of successful payment. Keep your secure report link and report ID. A prepared preview and its checkout session expire; prepare a new report if either has expired.

Use of the service

Provide accurate information and only upload material you are entitled to share. Do not upload unnecessary personal data or attempt to access another person's report. The assessment is not legal advice or a promise of success. Read the disclaimer before buying.

Delivery and problems

Download access normally follows payment confirmation promptly. Email can be delayed or filtered. A failed email does not remove your download. Contact [email protected] if the report is unavailable, incorrect or technically defective. Our refund policy explains remedies.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. The laws of England and Wales apply, without removing any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
