Operator and contact details

Can I Win This Case? is the name of this information service. Contact [email protected] for privacy enquiries. The public preview does not submit your case details for processing. Purchase and personalised report access are currently disabled.

Information you enter

Case descriptions, selected answers, selected file names and optional delivery email addresses stay in the current browser page. The preview does not submit them for analysis, upload selected files, send emails or store these entries in local storage. Closing or reloading the page discards them. Your browser may offer its own autofill facilities.

Website hosting and fonts

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes connection information such as IP address, request URL, browser information and request time to deliver and protect it. Google Fonts requests also disclose connection information to Google. These are separate from the case details entered into the form. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Payment requests

The preview checks whether payment functionality is available. This configuration request contains no case description, uploaded files or delivery email addresses. Live payments are disabled. No card fields are available in the current preview.

Planned report and email service

The proposed service will process your answers and relevant documents to prepare your report. Optional email delivery will use Brevo and may include up to two addresses you nominate. Each recipient will receive a separate message with the full PDF. Providing a second address is optional and is not a marketing subscription.

Before enabling these features, this notice will identify the controller, lawful bases, arrangements for sensitive information, processors, international transfer safeguards, retention periods and ways to exercise your rights. The future service is not covered by an assumption that preview data processing is the same as live processing.

Retention

The application does not retain your entered case details, files or delivery addresses in the current preview. Hosting providers may retain infrastructure and security records under their service settings. Their precise retention arrangements must be confirmed before the live service launches.

Your rights

Depending on the processing and legal basis, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict or object to processing, and receive a portable copy. Where consent applies, you may withdraw it. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
